Lilik served as tax officer for almost 20 (twenty) years with experience as tax auditor and as senior staff in handling objection and appeals case. Before served as tax consultant, he served as senior finance, accounting, and tax manager at one of listed companies at IDX for 2 (two) years. He graduated from University of Indonesia for Magister Ekonomi in Public and State Finance and Accountant program from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN). He owns in depth understanding in area of International Taxation, Tax Treaty, and Transfer Pricing. In addition, he also holds Transfer Pricing Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), UK. He also has good understanding and experience in finance and capital market issues, including tax planning and structuring on some corporate actions. Lilik also has good understanding and experiences on financial due diligent, merger and acquisition, business valuation, and financial modelling. Lilik has experience in handling many medium to large company in both Indonesia and or foreign company with various business sector and has been delivered hundreds of transfer pricing documentations.
